Remembering Our Loved Ones Who have Gone before Us

“Remember our brothers and sisters who have fallen asleep in the peace of your Christ, and all the dead, whose faith you alone have known. Admit them to rejoice in the light of your face, and in the resurrection give them the fullness of life. (The Eucharistic Prayer)

Dear Friends,
As autumn leaves turn and the year progresses, we find ourselves on the cusp of All Souls’ Day, a time for reflection and gratitude, a moment to remember those who have passed and to honor the legacies they’ve left behind.

We are profoundly moved by all you have made possible this year. Your unwavering support has made a palpable difference in sustaining our ministries and nurturing the souls we serve. It is your acts of kindness, whether big or small, that drive our mission forward.

The Church sets the month of November to remember and to pray for the loved ones who have gone to see God before us.

I would like to invite you to unite with me and my community in our daily prayers by sending the names of your loved ones whom you would like to pray for. This is a small gift from the Assumptionist Community for you and your loved ones for the all the blessings you have bestowed upon us.

Simply send an email to Info@assumption.us with your prayer intentions and we will pray for them throughout November.

As we enter this season, I reflect on all you have made possible. Thank you for the profound impact you’ve had on our ministry.

Yours in Christ,
Fr. Rodel Cervantes, A.A.
