On August 9, 20023, Brother Hugo Morales started an online biblical formation course for Latino laity. Most of them are parishioners of St. Columbkille Parish in Brigton. Others are living in Worcester and in different countries. They are 40 Latino laity from 11 different Latin American countries: Colombia, Ecuador, Venezuela, Peru, Panama, Mexico, Honduras, Guatemala, El Salvador and Dominican Republic. Their apostolic goals are: first, to make leaders who are disciples of Jesus in the light of the Holy Scriptures. Second, to help our immigrant brothers and sisters of the Assumptionist parish San Francisco Javier del Paso, Texas, with the donations collected from their registration. Third, to complete his internship as a requirement for his graduation from Boston College with a Master’s Degree in Theology and Ministry. For him, the vocation of being an Assumptionist religious is in the love of God, Our Lady and the Church and in the service of his brothers and sisters in need of God.
