On the weekend of August sixth and seventh, Tomasz Jaster, an employee of the Assumptionists, participated with his wife in a walking pilgrimage in Pennsylvania. The pilgrimage ended at the Polish National Shrine in Doyleston, PA. The pilgrims walked 60 miles in four days, Thursday-Sunday. There were several different groups; Polish speaking, English with some Spanish, etc. Officially, there were three orders taking care of the whole event; Paulins, Franciscans, and Salvatorians. There are many young people who take part in this experience, and some years there were over 3,000 pilgrims.
