After the Superior General, Fr. Benoit Griere, A.A visited the Assumptionist community in Sturbridge, he traveled to the Assumptionists Center in El Paso, TX. In El Paso, Fr. Benoit was able to meet the many different ministries at St. Francis Xavier Parish, as well as the Religious of the Assumption Sisters. The ministries at the parish included the bell ringers, Catechists, Bible Study group, and the Knights of Columbus. The Bishop in El Paso, Bishop Mark J. Seitz, also stopped by for a visit.
