Assumptionists Dedicate a Sanctuary to Three Bulgarian Martyrs

Plovdiv, Bulgaria

On November 13, the feast of our blessed Bulgarian martyrs, the first pilgrims, are welcomed by the Assumptionist brothers and Oblate sisters of the Assumption at the sanctuary of our brothers Kamen, Pavel, and Josaphat. Our Plovdiv church, built as a sanctuary a few days ago, is now a place of pilgrimage in memory of our Martyr brothers.

This morning, a group of 40 disabled pilgrims went on a pilgrimage to the sanctuary of the three blessed Bulgarian Assumptionist Martyrs in Plovdiv. On this Martyrs’ Day, they lived a time of prayer, collection, exchange, and sharing, enriched with beautiful testimonies from our Assumptionist brothers and oblate sisters present.
This morning of worship and sharing ended with a brotherly meal with the community!
